Northtown Medical Clinic

Important:

Due to unexpected physician illness (non-COVID related), the clinic is closed until further notice. If you are a family practice patient with an appointment, we will try to contact you to cancel your appointment and reschedule or redirect as required. Please do not email, text, or call the doctor's cell phone number unless it is absolutely necessary and urgent as the doctor is very sick and may not be able to respond. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to return soon.

If you have a medical emergency please proceed to the Emergency Room. For patients awaiting test results, if it cannot wait, then please see another walk-in clinic and request a copy of the results from the lab or radiology clinic where you had your test done. Otherwise, please go to ER.
