TO OUR REGISTERED FAMILY PRACTICE PATIENTS: If you have a medical concern, please call our office during our regular office hours to book an initial telephone appointment. If medically necessary, we will book you a follow-up in-person appointment.

TO PROSPECTIVE WALK-IN PATIENTS (i.e. WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED AS OUR FAMILY PRACTICE PATIENTS): We regret that we are not offering in-person appointments to walk-in patients at this time. Walk-in patients will be assessed by telephone only. If you have a medical concern, please call our office during our regular office hours to find out whether a telephone consultation with our doctor is appropriate for you. Please do not come to our office in person as you will not be seen. Walk-in patients who require in-person care will be redirected to other facilities.


Note to pharmacies: Our physician did not write any prescriptions for narcotics or controlled substances. If you have received such a prescription, please fax it to our office with your contact information, and please notify the relevant authorities immediately.

Additional hours may soon be available. We will do our best to ensure continued delivery of health care for you and your family.

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, our clinic is now offering telephone appointments to make sure that we continue to care for our patients safely and effectively. This means that we will be using telephone for some patient visits rather than asking all patients to come to our office.

Some health concerns can be addressed with telephone appointments alone, but in some cases our doctor may ask you to visit a hospital or other health care facility for a physical examination (if necessary). Please call our office during our telephone hours to confirm if a telephone appointment is the best option for you.

Uninsured Services: Not all services are covered by OHIP. These include, but are not limited to, doctor's notes, completion of forms, certain immunizations, driver’s physicals, and some TB testing (please call to confirm if your test is covered by OHIP).
