PHONE APPOINTMENTS DURING COVID:
To care for our patients safely and effectively during the ongoing COVID situation, our clinic is currently offering telephone appointments as an alternative to having all patients visit our clinic in person. Some health concerns may be addressed using telephone appointments alone, but in other cases the doctor may need to ask you to visit a hospital or other health care facility for a physical examination. Please feel free to phone our clinic during our regular business hours to confirm whether a telephone appointment is the best option for you.
TO OUR REGISTERED FAMILY PRACTICE PATIENTS:
If you have a medical concern, please phone our office during our regular office hours to book an appointment. Please note that appointments will ONLY be scheduled by telephone, not by in-person request.
TO PROSPECTIVE WALK-IN PATIENTS (i.e. WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED AS OUR FAMILY PRACTICE PATIENTS):
We regret that we are not offering in-person appointments to walk-in patients at this time. Walk-in patients will be assessed by telephone only. If you have a medical concern, please call our office during our regular office hours to find out whether a telephone consultation with our doctor is appropriate for you. Please do not come to our office in person as you will not be seen. Walk-in patients who require in-person care will be redirected to other facilities.
TO PHARMACIES:
Our physician does NOT write prescriptions for narcotics or controlled substances. If you have received such a prescription, please fax it to our office with your contact information, and notify the relevant authorities immediately. Thank you!
